If you are a professional photographer interested in ordering the Panorama design program, and subsequently ordering Memador or ProAlbum albums, we strongly recommend checking the availability of a Panorama local agent in your country.
If you will work with us directly we will send you an FTP address, instructions and password to upload your album. After checking your order we will request to pre pay us through a bank wire transfer or by credit card.
Our usual delivery time is two weeks after checking that your files are correct.
Our shipping department uses EMS and FEDEX courier services. A professional packing service is included in the price. If you request so we will insure the shipment.
3D files' transferring is done exclusively through the web. After uploading the files we will check them and contact you for payment by credit card, if you intend to work with us steadily on this field you can apply to open an account including an FTP fix address.
